Hello! My name is Derek Rowe and I am the founder of Endorse One Consulting, LLC. Ever since I heard Horst Schulze speak about the Ritz-Carlton’s customer experience turnaround story several years ago, I have focused on learning and studying best-in-class customer service. The unique combination of leadership courses in my Master’s Degree program and the practical experience I have gained have given me a unique perspective into customer experience strategy. If you choose to work with me, you will begin to think more broadly and creatively about customer service. You will not only provide necessary value to your organization, but to your personal life as well.

Endorse One Consulting was born out of a need for better customer service experiences across all industries. From banking to government to retail and more, most organizations could use a boost to better serve their customers. I believe that more satisfying customer experiences will not only elevate one individual organization, but actually make an entire community a place where the customer or guest says, “I want to go back, and you should too.”

The name “Endorse One” was intentionally chosen. An endorsement is one of the most important gifts any organization can receive. Think of politicians, major brand commercials, or the last referral you received – they all have someone else who endorsed a person, product, or service. When people endorse someone or something, their name is tied to the entity they are endorsing. This means a reputation is on the line. I assist businesses, non-profit organizations, and government entities in creating organizations that people feel good tying their name to. In other words, the way they treat people is endorsable.

“One” signifies wholeness, togetherness, and solidarity. It represents commitment, dedication, and a posture of standing with, beside, and for. I help develop organizations that employees, customers, and other stakeholders feel confident supporting.
